# Option OCR

La fonctionnalité OCR (reconnaissance optique de caractères) permet de récupérer automatiquement des informations depuis l'appareil photo, au format texte.

## Activer l'OCR sur un champ

Pour activer la fonctionnalité OCR, rendez-vous dans le back office, sur le formulaire concerné.

La fonctionnalité est disponible pour **2 types de champs**. 1° Le champ **Texte** (permet de récupérer une chaîne de caractères alphanumériques)

2° Le champ **Nombre** (permet de récupérer uniquement une valeur numérique)

Dans la section **OPTIONS** du champ, sélectionnez « **Source de saisie (mobile uniquement)** ». Vous pouvez choisir entre scan de code-barres, scan externe et **Reconnaissance de texte**.

Sélectionnez donc **Reconnaissance de texte**.

Enregistrez vos modifications et activez.

## Accéder à la fonctionnalité sur mobile

Une fois la synchronisation effectuée sur le mobile, la fonction est accessible.

Rendez-vous sur le formulaire concerné.

Un pictogramme « appareil photo » apparaît à droite, à côté de votre champ configuré.

Il suffit de cliquer dessus, l'appareil photo s'ouvre.

* **Prenez votre photo**, en vous assurant de la bonne mise au point et du bon zoom sur votre zone de texte.
* **Sélectionnez le texte** qui vous intéresse parmi les zones de texte détectées (en cliquant dessus).
* **Validez**. Le texte est renseigné dans le champ.
