# Modèles de rapport

Créer des modèles de rapport Word, Excel ou PowerPoint pour vos données Daxium-Air.

Les modèles de rapport définissent la mise en page et le contenu de vos documents générés. Daxium-Air prend en charge trois formats : Word, Excel, PPT. Tous trois peuvent également être convertis en PDF.

## Ajouter un modèle de rapport dans Daxium-Air

Rendez-vous dans Paramètres > Rapport, puis cliquez sur « Nouveau » en haut à droite :

Sélectionnez le formulaire à lier à ce modèle de rapport, puis choisissez le format et téléversez votre fichier modèle.

La case « Mode listing » vous permettra de générer un rapport sur plusieurs fiches en même temps. Ce mode est à privilégier pour les [rapports Excel](/user-documentation/documentation-utilisateur/build/building-the-reporting/report-templates/excel.md). Une fois ces étapes terminées, enregistrez le modèle — il apparaîtra dans la liste des modèles.
