# Obtenir un dump de données
Exporter les données de l'application mobile Daxium-Air à des fins de diagnostic ou d'analyse.
Afin de mieux analyser les problèmes remontés à notre support technique, il pourra vous être demandé d'exporter les données de votre application Daxium-Air. Pour cela, suivez les étapes détaillées ci-dessous selon votre système d'exploitation (Android ou iOS).

**Étape 1** — Ouvrez le menu latéral gauche et appuyez sur **Paramètres**.
**Étape 2** — Appuyez sur **Sauvegarde de l'app**.
**Étape 3** — Appuyez sur **Créer**.
**Étape 4** — Appuyez sur **Enregistrer**.
**Étape 5** — Appuyez sur **Envoyer**.
**Étape 6** — Envoyez le fichier à vous-même ou directement au [support Daxium](/user-documentation/documentation-utilisateur/support/admin-support/escalating-to-daxium-support.md).

Si la sauvegarde dépasse 25 Mo, elle ne peut pas être envoyée directement. Annulez, puis utilisez un service de transfert de fichiers volumineux et recherchez le fichier à l'emplacement d'enregistrement choisi.
