# Modifier les fiches

Les fiches peuvent être créées et modifiées aussi bien depuis le back office web que depuis l'application mobile.

## Créer une fiche

1. Rendez-vous dans la **vue** ou la **structure** concernée
2. Cliquez sur **Nouvelle fiche** (web) ou appuyez sur **+** (mobile)
3. Renseignez les champs obligatoires
4. Enregistrez en **brouillon** ou **soumettez** pour faire avancer le workflow

## Modifier une fiche existante

* Ouvrez la fiche depuis n'importe quelle vue
* Modifiez les champs que vous souhaitez mettre à jour
* Enregistrez vos modifications

Les permissions de modification dépendent des permissions de votre groupe et du statut courant du workflow. Certains champs ou statuts peuvent être verrouillés.

## Mode hors ligne (mobile)

L'application mobile prend en charge la **modification hors ligne** :

* Créer et modifier des fiches sans connexion internet
* Les données sont stockées localement sur l'appareil
* Synchronisation automatique dès que la connectivité est rétablie
