# Générer un rapport

Pour générer un rapport, rendez-vous dans le menu « Fiches », sélectionnez une fiche, cochez la case à gauche de l'entrée et cliquez sur **Actions > Rapport** :

Sélectionnez le modèle, renommez éventuellement le fichier de sortie et cochez la case PDF si nécessaire. Cliquez sur **Générer**. Une fois le processus terminé, une notification apparaît à côté de l'icône de cloche :

Cliquez sur le bouton de format pour télécharger le fichier. Si le bouton n'apparaît pas, le fichier n'a pas encore été généré — actualisez la page.
