# Password Reset

## Reset your own password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the web platform.

On the login page, click **Forgotten password**.

Enter your email address, then click **Reset password**.

An email will be sent to you with a link to set your new password.

## Reset your password on mobile

**Step 1** — On the login page, enter your email address.

**Step 2** — Choose your server.

**Step 3** — Tap **Forgot Password?**

**Step 4** — Re-enter your email address and tap **OK**. A reset link will be sent to your inbox.

## Reset your users' passwords

Administrator users can reset or change the password of any user directly from the back office, without requiring the user to go through the email flow above. See the [Users](/user-documentation/build/managing-users/users.md) page for details.
