# Export Submissions, Reports & Images
Export submission data from views to CSV or Excel files.
You can export submissions from the [table view](/user-documentation/use/views/table.md#mass-actions) or the [gallery view](/user-documentation/use/views/gallery.md#cards). To do so, first select one or more submissions using the checkbox available on each row (table view) or card (gallery view). Once at least one submission is selected, open the **Actions** menu in the header and choose **Export**.
The export wizard lets you export:
* The **submission data**, as a CSV or Excel file
* The **submission images**
* The **reports** already generated for the selected submissions
## Submission exports
Choose one of the spreadsheet formats from the **Format** dropdown:
* **CSV for Microsoft Excel (French)** / **CSV for Microsoft Excel (English)** — comma-separated file, formatted for the French or English version of Microsoft Excel
* **Excel** — native `.xlsx` file
* **CSV for Apple Number / OpenOffice / LibreOffice (French)** / **(English)** — comma-separated file, formatted for Apple Numbers, OpenOffice, or LibreOffice
* **Kml format** / **GeoJSON format** — exports the submissions as geographic data, for use in mapping and GIS tools
For the CSV and Excel formats, the dialog also shows radio buttons to choose which columns to include:
* **Export only displayed columns** — exports only the columns currently shown in your [table view](/user-documentation/use/views/table.md#select-order-and-pin-columns)
* **Export all columns** — exports every field of the form, regardless of which columns are currently displayed
* **Full export for import** — exports the submissions in a format ready to be re-imported into Daxium-Air, with the correct column headers already in place. See [Importing submissions](/user-documentation/use/views/actions-from-views/import-submissions.md)
Finally, set the **Timezone**, used to format date and time values in the exported file.
## Export generated reports
If the selected submissions already have a report generated and attached to them (see [Generate a report](/user-documentation/use/views/actions-from-views/generate-a-report.md)), choose the format **Download all reports** to download them as a zip file.
As with image exports, the export runs asynchronously. When it finishes, a notification appears in the bell menu (top right); the zip file is available to download from there.
## Bulk export of images
### Download all images from a submission
In the gallery view, click the download icon on a submission card to download all its images as a zip file — no selection or export wizard needed.
### Download all images from a set of submissions
To export images from several submissions at once, choose the format **Download all images** in the export wizard (see above).
You can choose whether to include images from related submissions. If included, the zip file will contain images from submissions directly related to the ones you selected.
The export runs asynchronously. When it finishes, a notification appears in the bell menu (top right). The zip file is available to download from there.
In the zip file, images are organised into folders:
* **Submission images:** `submissionNumber / systemNameOfImageField`
* **Related submission images:** `parentSubmissionNumber / relationSystemName / relatedSubmissionNumber / systemNameOfImageField`
